Rhythm, Rhyme and Rap offers students
the alternative three R’s, designed to empower
them by nurturing their creativity, encouraging self
expression, and building self esteem. Students learn
about the origins of rhythm, play with language to create
their own lyrics and ultimately develop and perform
a musical narrative, rap on a subject of their choice.
